Sweet Fruity Soft-Serve Ice Cream (and HEALTHY!!)


This is a very simple soft-serve ice cream recipe that everyone likes, and it is very HEALTHY!


  • 100 grams dates
  • 200 grams frozen mango
  • 200 grams frozen strawberries
  • 200 grams frozen pineapple, cherries, or other berry
  • one serving (about 200g) vanilla favored soymilk (WestSoy appears to be the healthiest), or water, or other fruit juice of choice

This recipe is very healthy and very forgiving. When modifying the recipe, the main ingredients we suggest keeping are the dates, strawberries, and probably the mango. But that is just this author's opinion, and you may like to replace the strawberries with something else.

Place all ingredients in a very-high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix (cheaper Vitamix), and blend until smooth.
